Privacy notice

This privacy notice applies to visitors of the Auvo Productions Oy website and to people who contact us through the site form, by email or by phone. It does not cover data stored in the Auvora service.

What we process, and why

We process the details you give us when you get in touch, such as your name, contact details, company and the content of your message. We use them to reply, to handle requests for a quote and to look after the customer relationship.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing customer relationships. If the enquiry concerns a contract with you personally, processing may also be based on steps taken before a contract, or on performing that contract.

In running the website we may process technical data, such as an IP address and log data, so the site stays available and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

Giving this information is voluntary. Without the contact details we need, we may not be able to reply.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides the technical hosting of the website. We use Google for email, and Google processes messages sent to us as part of that service. Our providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services.

Data may also be processed outside the EU or the EEA. Those transfers are made on a transfer mechanism required by data protection law, with the safeguards that law requires. Google states that, where needed, it uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep the details of an enquiry for as long as it takes to handle the matter. We then delete them, unless the law, a contract or a legal claim requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights, and cookies

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, and for processing to be restricted. You can also object to processing that is based on legitimate interest. The right to data portability applies where its conditions are met. Send the request to the email address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

The site does not currently use analytics, marketing or other cookies.
